I offer a confidential counselling and psychotherapy service for individual adults at the following locations:
Purley (12-15 minutes walking distance from Purley town centre, within easy access from Croydon)
Bethnal Green (3 minutes walk from Bethnal Green Station)

I work with people who are finding life difficult. Some people feel stuck in a life without meaning irrespective of their achievements. Others are wanting to make sense of something specific which has happened or is happening in their lives.

Psychotherapy can help with a broad range of issues and feelings, including anxiety, stress , depression and low self-esteem. Sometimes people know that they are repeating patterns of thought and behaviour which are unhelpful or even harmful to their well-being. Such repetition, and ineffective ways of coping, can feel inevitable, frustrating and leave individuals feeling unhappy, lonely, and stuck.

It may be very difficult to talk to friends, family or partners about what's troubling you, so working with a counsellor/psychotherapist can provide a fresh perspective on your situation, develop emotional resilience, further your understanding of yourself and others, and enable you to make changes in how you live your life.

Psychotherapy is a conversation and a collaborative process between two people, which takes place on a once-weekly basis, on the same day and at the same time. The therapeutic relationship seeks to further an understanding of the links between current and past relationships, feelings, and behaviour, in order to find an understanding of current difficulties and to live life more fully in the present.

I offer counselling/psychotherapy to individual adults from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures and sexualities.
